"My name is Okello Bonny Desales and everyday I serve people who are LIVING with HIV/AIDS."

I am 25 years old and for the past 2 years I have worked in GRI's HIV programs in northern Uganda.

Working with the HIV positive people is so challenging, you face, the reality. It's sad seeing the children living with HIV, especially the orphans.

The work requires a lot of scarifies as every client looks up to you whatever word you mention should be well calculated as it will either destroy or build the lives of the clients (people living with HIV).

Riding on the bikes every week/months to the centers doesn’t mean only transporting medicine but taking hope to the people.

Our presence in the field builds hope and confidence in the lives of those infected with HIV.
